We made the phone number impossible to miss. It's in the nav, the hero, and the sticky CTA. This reduces the time from 'I need help' to 'I'm calling' to under 3 seconds.

The original site took 4.2 seconds to load. On mobile (where most locksmith searches happen), that's an eternity. Studies show 53% of visitors leave if a page takes longer than 3 seconds. We rebuilt from scratch using React with server-side rendering, optimized images, and zero bloat. Result: 0.28 seconds. That's 15x faster.
Why put trust signals above the fold?
