Skootle® and Darwin Brain® are registered trademarks of Skootle LLC, filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Unauthorized use of these marks, or any confusingly similar marks, is strictly prohibited under federal law.

The following are proprietary trademarks of Skootle LLC:

Hive Node™ — Agent communication protocol
Brain Gateway™ — Secure API and integration layer

You may not use any of these marks without prior written permission from Skootle LLC.

Copyright

The software, code, and architectural logic powering the Darwin Brain ecosystem, including its 263+ specialized intelligence modules and routing protocols, are protected under U.S. Copyright Law (© 2026 Skootle LLC).

This protection covers the unique expression of our AI website building technology. We do not authorize the reproduction, distribution, or derivative use of our proprietary codebase without an explicit, written licensing agreement.

Our architecture is not open-source. The Darwin Brain codebase is proprietary and registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, ensuring that client business logic remains within a secure, defended environment.

Data and Model Integrity

Skootle asserts proprietary rights over the prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and intelligence routing utilized by Darwin Brain. Use of our outputs to train, fine-tune, or supplement competing large language models or AI systems is a violation of our Terms of Service and intellectual property rights.

Client data processed through Darwin Brain is never used to train external models. All business insights remain private and are routed through our secure Brain Gateway infrastructure.

Service Termination and Code Portability

Portable Assets

Upon termination of services, the client retains ownership of all portable assets, including:

Creative copy and brand-specific imagery
Client-provided data and customer lists
Standard HTML/CSS front-end layouts (excluding proprietary logic)

Proprietary Infrastructure

The Darwin Brain architecture, including the Hive Node and Brain Gateway integration, is a hosted proprietary service. It is not portable code. Upon cancellation, access to the Darwin Brain API and autonomous agents will be revoked. Any site functionality that relies on the copyrighted Darwin Brain codebase will cease to function.

No Source Code Licensing

Skootle does not offer a buy-out of the Darwin Brain source code. The software is provided strictly as a Service (SaaS). If a client moves their site to a different hosting provider, they are responsible for rebuilding any autonomous or AI-driven features using non-proprietary methods.

Enforcement

Skootle LLC actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our copyrighted works may result in statutory damages of up to $150,000 per willful infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c).
