All new accounts start with a 14-day free trial. During this period:

30-Day Guarantee

If you subscribe after your trial and decide Clarity isn't right for you within the first 30 days of your paid subscription:

  • We'll process a full refund of your first month's payment
  • No questions asked, no hassle
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days

After 30 Days

After the 30-day guarantee period:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months
  • No refunds are provided for months already paid after the initial 30 days

How to Cancel

Cancelling is easy:

  1. Go to your Clarity dashboard
  2. Click on "Billing" in the sidebar
  3. Click "Manage Subscription"
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription"

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available if:

  • Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • You have previously received a refund under this policy
  • The request is made more than 30 days after your first paid charge
